ReGuLaTe tHiS aRt empowers humans of all ages to become their favorite selves by supporting nervous system regulation, neuro-affirming education, and emotional regulation through art, creativity, education, and community. 🦋
Our vision is to reshape how humans interact with themselves and the world so they feel seen, validated, and celebrated for who they authentically are, especially those who are neurodivergent living in a neurotypical world. 🌻
We take a joyful and holistic approach to wellness and healing that focuses on helping humans of all ages use creativity to regulate their nervous system and thrive. We offer unconventional support through art, educational workshops, social emotional resources, and community.💫
You matter.🌻You belong.🦋 Don't forget to be🐝 awesome! 🔆🌈✨
Regulate This Art, LLC, is a labor of love started by a former Inclusion teacher to help humans of all ages heal from burnout, trauma, and the general dysfunction of late-stage capitalism. Julie Jamilkowski O’Neill (she/her) is a former early childhood teacher who has worked to develop authentic methods that support the holistic growth of all humans, particularly those who have experienced trauma, Multilingual/ESL learners, and humans with various neurodiverse abilities (such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia). As someone navigating life with her own AuDHD (Autism + ADHD), she is a vocal advocate for celebrating neurodiversity and challenging what “norms” look like in a neurotypical world. Her more formal education includes a BA in Social Sciences/Psychology from New College of Hofstra University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Simmons University, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching ESL from UMass Lowell, and certifications in Reiki Energy Healing, levels 1, 2, and 3. Her special interests include Great White sharks, playing ukulele badly, and continuing to learn Spanish, Portuguese, & French, although she speaks none of them fluently, yet. She is a big fan of her human family, her fur family, and her many emotional support tabs. Someday she hopes to have a big farm full of misfit animals near the ocean because animals love you no matter what, and we all need that now more than ever. Also, an axolotl, because why not?
